The questions I am getting about the upcoming sessions pertain to the suitability of sessions for different ages and skill levels. The first comment I would make is that we do our best at the academy to avoid getting involved in these kinds of questions. Each athlete and parent needs to learn to realistically decide the level at which they should train. All the ages, grade levels and skill levels are just suggestions and not rules. If you would like to attend a session, do it. After a few sessions, you will know what is the best fit for you.
