April Jump Training 
  • Limited Space
  • The best activity you can do for your Volleyball game
  • Protect your knees by learning to land properly
  • Increase your vertical jump
  • Learn to be self-motivated.

Private Lessons
  • Pick the time and date that fit your busy schedule
  • Pick the topic you would like to work on
  • Pick the coach you would like to work with
  • Up to four athletes for the same price
Team Lessons
  • Invite a coach from the academy to be a guest coach at your club practice
  • Pick the topic you would like to work on as a team
  • Hearing a skill being taught by a different coach is always a good thing
  • Cost the same as a private lesson (however can be two hours for the same price)

  • Scattered across during the month when National Events are not happening. (Darren is a Volleyball Canada rep a the National Events)
Two Days in May Camp
  • More focused on beginner volleyball players
  • Anyone is welcome
  • Will cover the basic skills
  • 6 hours of Volleyball
  • Limited spots

Beach Volleyball Training
The best summer activity to make you a better indoor player
  • It will help with speed, confidence, skills and jump.
  • Two-player beach training
  • Preparing the players to play in tournaments
  • Academy does not host the tournaments
  • Both Beginner and Advanced groups
  • Beginners are new players to the beach
  • Advanced are players who have played at least a summer in beach activity.
  • Three-month sessions

Beach Volleyball Training
The best summer activity to make you a better indoor player
  • Two-month sessions
    Same as the three months but for those athletes that did not want to be active while still in school.
Age 11-13 Volleyball Camp Outdoor
  • A four-day outdoor camp
  • Limited space
  • Very successful last year
  • Lots of good coaches to help with the basic skills 
  • 8 hours of drills

Making the Cut Camps
The Premier Camp at the Academy
  • Elementary school Group (Grade 6-8)
  • Junior High School Group (Grade 9-10)
  • Rookie Senior High School Group (Grade 10-11)
  • Returning Senior High School Group (Grade 11-12)
  • This camp sells out, so don't miss your spot.
  • Register early, so you get the right size shirt when you attend this camp.
